Cover: Off White 100% polyester fabric provides strength to hold the tufting and flexibility for superior cushioning.
Foam Layers: 8-1/2″ blend of soft, firm and extra firm high performance foam which has a 2.0 and 2.5 pound
densities that provides the ability to keep the mattress looking and feeling good.
Polyester: A dense layer of polyester fiber batting on the top and bottom sides for added comfort.
FR Barrier: An FR Rayon wrap protects the mattress and gives a clean finished look. Conforming to Federal
Flammability Standards 16CFR Parts 1633 and 1632.
Tufting: Machine tufting reduces the thickness of the mattress to lock in long mattress life.
Binding Tape: There is no binding tape. The cover is a ‘Smoothie’ cover … so seams won’t show through the futon
overcover.
